“Specifically, I thought the Kaomai Lanna Resort was brilliant – amazing service, fantastic pool and spa. Wonderful massages.
Overall – Exceptionally good value. Very good location for ease of access to Chiang Mai. The local market trip was particularly interesting.
Loved the food which was all delicious and varied and there was lots of it. Yoga equipment was great and the Shala was lovely.

1 What an amazing group of people… Loved the conversations – intelligent, amusing, liberal, wide ranging and fun… (And that was just Sher).
2 I am eating vegetarian food and cutting down meat – I thought it was delicious.
3 I have made time for more yoga since I came back and crucially have returned to Hatha – feeling re inspired. Thanks to you, Charlotte!

Mondays are now greeted with more enthusiasm than ever before as I know at the end of the day, I will be able to enjoy yoga with Charlotte from LoveLife HK.
Two things make it really worthwhile for me.
- Along with her amazing yoga knowledge and skills (not to mention enviously toned body!), Charlotte has a special quality which enables a peaceful and calm atmosphere during our class. The Lamma yoga takes place in the warmth, under the stars and it which feels so liberating
- For me, with a somewhat skewed body – scoliosis, arthritis etc and very limited stretch, it is the first time I have actually enjoyed yoga in a group environment. I feel comfortable and even though I am still struggling to do a down facing dog, it really doesn’t matter. Charlotte looks out for me and makes sure I work safely to my boundaries. I can feel the improvement and it feels good!
I would highly recommend Charlotte.. she is first class!
